Filthy Frank (previously indicated as being Shawn Ricks) fails to get the job done in this technically messy, thoroughly unarousing release. Ricks, who barely made a dent in a handful of professional outings almost a decade ago, remains anonymous here - but the annoying ambiance smacks of a Ricks encounter, nonetheless. In fact, halfway into the review we've almost forgotten him.
Aside from a pint-sized gal named Loni (whose bountiful ethnicity belies Tahitian blood), the title has little to offer except some rocky POV videography, which reveals Frank's paunch as much as Loni's physical charms. Overmodulated sound and DVD mastering are laughable.
