Synopsis

When Julie (Whitney Wright) gets asked to the prom by the most popular boy in school (Kyle Mason), she simply can`t understand why. He can have any girl in the school and they've never uttered a word to each other. Her mother reassures her that it`s because she's beautiful. He comes to pick her up in a limo. She starts to settle into the idea that he actually likes her. They even start kissing in the limo. When he asks her if they could pull over to somewhere private for some alone time, she agrees. But when they get to the park and she sees all his friends there waiting for them, she realizes that her prom night is about to turn into a nightmare.

Reviews

Prom Night is a DVD featuring two storied scenes that leave a lot to unpack during and after watching. The first, starring Whitney Wright, is custom-designed to trigger sensitive viewers, given its theme of manipulation and gang rape. The second, featuring diminutive Piper Perri and entitled “The Deflowering,” envisions a more empowered, if equally innocent and ultimately gangbanged female character.

The two female characters, clearly “nerds” because they wear eyeglasses, give up their sexual innocence under duress, but for different reasons. Perri comes away from her experience feeling confident and empowered, while Wright sobs in the gravel, her tears mingling with the cum smeared on her face.

Those who can power through the emotional intensity of these scenarios will find excellent performances, settings and production values. The title is unsettlingly arousing.
