PR6 provides modest thrills for youth-oriented fans ... and little else. Even the opening intro patter feels prepackaged, like cheese in an aerosol can.  OK, so while waxing their noodles the guys pull on girls' pigtails. Big deal. Or perhaps it is (to the target audience), and we're missing it.

Regardless of the specific fetish, practically all the action here is assembly-line material.
