It's wacky, madcap, zany nuttiness in the cultural Mecca of Peoria, Illinois. David Drake and pal Ann Cusack own a failing art gallery. In order to avoid ruin, they concoct a daring plan that, when coupled with romantic indiscretion, leads to layers of complex sub-plots, destruction of art pieces, arrest, the introduction of a lesbian drag-queen and an embarrassingly made-for-TV-movie feeling museum shoot-out. Acting is excellent all around and the video, although uneven in spots, contains many sweet and sexy moments.
