More talky/plotted than it needs to be.

This work-related, all-girl discipline video is somewhat redeemed by hard-as-hell caning and swatting action. All the girls here are at least presentable, although it's sometimes hard to tell given the washed-out video quality of this English import, and the action, as stated, is strong. The real problem is there is no pacing or build-up within any of the spanking scenes, so, in spite of the hard action, the segments don't add up to as much as they should.
