An interesting plot enhances this sexually average feature. Alicia Monet is asked to research the story of a young woman in Hollywood in 1930 and becomes more and more involved with her sordid life. In fact, this forces her to lose her own identity. Eventually, she takes on the woman's personality, even trying to commit suicide.

Sexy Monet does a fine job in dual roles and the soft focus stint with John Leslie (circa 1930) highlights Once Upon A Temptress. Director Henri Pachard has a real feel for different eras and that aspect is well-developed. A few technical sound problems do not diminish this video's overall appeal.
