Monique DeMoan's been away from her old apartment complex for a few years - a stint in rehab, a failed marriage, what have you. She shows up at her old girlfriend/neighbor Gwen Summers' pad, looking to rent her old place. The whole complex is intrigued by her presence; so much so that they can't stop fucking each other after discussing DeMoan's return. None of the sex is worth mentioning until the end, when landlady Rubee Tuesday refers DeMoan to another landlord (Joel Lawrence), and DeMoan pays her first, last and deposit to him in a good multipositional.
