In Norwegian Heat, seven pretty Scandinavian bikini girls tease the camera in a variety of settings. Each girl gets about eight to nine minutes of camera time, most of which is spent fully clothed. Most of them get topless by the end of their scenes, and only one girl gets completely naked.

All in all the production comes off as pretty, but quite short of the stylized production values common to softcore American releases.
