New York Vice, a completely off-the-wall sizzler, proves to be one of the most cynical video features to date. It chronicles the exploits of Paul Thomas, a seedy bar owner whose sordid ways include renting out his girlfriend after doping her up on Quaaludes and paying a penniless mother and daughter to have sex with each other and his friend.

The story jumps around pointlessly, detailing each strange situation, but without establishing a cohesive plot line. However, much of the sex is deranged and hot, especially a scene with kinky Englishwoman Paula Meadows, Joey Silvera, Danielle and strapped-on penis substitute in a men's bathroom. after Paula and Joey sliver and slide their way around the stalls, Danielle enters the insatiable lust-lover Meadows from the rear with the plastic thang.

Another highlight involves Gina Carrera getting it on with Tom Byron, and although Stacey Donovan proves once again that she can't act, she's a surprising turn-on in a scene with her Mom (Gloria Leonard) and Byron, while the nasty Paul Thomas gives instructions.

New York Vice boasts some stark segments, with shadowy lighting and a "garage", feel, capturing the sleazier side of New York's cretons. It's a video filled with unlikable people and characters who seem to hate what they're doing. But somehow, the sex remains very hot, and this strange little video feature ends up being worth a long look.
