The raw physicality and unflagging enthusiam that Evan Stone brings to his sex scenes finds another outlet here in the art of massage. In the opening scene of Malibu Massage Parlor, Stone’s bravura body work is so evocative that female viewers may find themselves closing their eyes to better imagine his hands roaming across their bodies.

The formula concocted by director Jim Powers for these five scenes is straightforward and appealing. Some clients are drawn by a flier promising a free massage, others by the need to heal an injury—whatever the ailment, they get a facial thrown in for good measure. And no matter how the session begins, the ending is the same: happy.

The scene with Rose and Stone is long, intense and memorable, seemingly delivering as much pleasure as any one woman could endure. And though it doesn’t reach the same level of fervor, Stone’s session with slender, nubile Emma Mae also stands out; it ends with a cream pie in her tight young twat, after which Stone sets her back down on the massage table like a delicate little doll. And Jack Lawrence has great deadpan delivery as he takes liberties with client Kelly Divine. “This is the deep tissue treatment,” he murmurs as he drives his rod up her pussy.
