Ona Zee plays a gypsy woman who dispenses the titled substance to lovelorn members of the cast. In effect, she's the flue which cements this series of loops -- and we do mean "cement". It makes T.T. Boy attractive once more to his girl Alicia Rio, and "ugly guy" Richie Dagger irresistible to Rebecca Bardoux. Samantha York wants it to get her cute boss to take notice of her. Zee has York crawl under the table to lap her. Impatient patron Cal Jammer bursts into Zee's inner sanctum and joins the festivities for a nice threeway which culminates in a backdoor boff with Zee. In a humorous segment, cleaning man Ron Jeremy uses the potion's powers to entice Nicole London to do him. London remembers to have him don a condom for the anal excavation.
