Raven Rockette is the front woman for a three-girl band that’s experiencing some growing pains. Manager Jayden Jaymes thinks the road to fame and fortune is going commercial, but Rockette isn’t so sure. Alas, when you’re fucking the manager, it’s easy to be manipulated into firing your alcoholic drummer, wearing cute clothes, banging your new bass player, and then causing all kinds of hell by telling the truth. 

But it all turns good once the old and new drummers fuck each other during a coming to higher power intervention scene. Grrl power, indeed. 

Life is so gritty for the Nuevo-punk group that consent is an easily coerced commodity, starting with an eventually enthusiastic drunken couch fuck between Cassandra Nix and introverted bandmate Elle Alexandra. The trend continues when a reluctant Rockette tries to avoid intimacy with James, who claims to see the girl as a daughter of sorts. 

When jealousy rears its ugly head, the façade falls apart, which allows Nix a redemption bang from sexy sponsor, Allie Haze, before getting a promotion, and everyone living happily ever after.
