The music is horrendous, the directors comments aren't edited out, it's disjointed, and the camerawork is unsteady and poor at best. Furthermore, one would think that Legal Tender would imply barely-18 girls, but that seems rather inappropriate for some of these ladies.
That said, these girls, few of whom are kinda cute, seem like they're genuinely trying, which provides a bit of heat.
