It's the near future in Southern California, and girls who've refused to get their breasts enlarged are sent to Itty Bitty Titty prison. Warden Sabrina Jayde (who's not exactly impressively endowed herself) performs a cavity search on prisoner Morgan Jericho, finding a dildo and using it in a manner that will thrill viewers who haven't the slightest clue about female orgasm. Lots of fake shrieking here gets annoying fast. More worthwhile is a scenario in which "butch" Dru Berrymore intimidates her shy cellmate Brandi Lyons. "I wanna be your husband," Berrymore snarls, and as her first husbandly duty orders Lyons to piss on the floor, because "There's nothing I like more than the salty taste of piss on my tongue." A workable strap-on session follows. Also worth a look is Trinity Maxx, who tries to escape the facility on the "silicone truck" - her punishment includes wiping the warden's ass with her tongue.
