House on Horny Hill is all about a house that's for sale and the hot women who parade through it before succumbing to its horny machinations. What that really means is plenty lesbo action in this one.

There's a whole lot of writing here, so much so that all of the characters state exactly what's on their minds to no one in particular, as if we need to know exactly what they're thinking all the time. You will be hard pressed to find a more unintentionally funny moment than when a character yells, "You won't get the best of me, nymphomaniacs!" as she shakes her fist at the sky.

As for the sex, it's pretty decent. You can hardly go wrong with lesbian action. Still, there's nothing here that really elevates this title above the norm.
