Director’s prerogative dictates that what he (or she) is trying to show should be the viewer’s overall final impression or memory of said efforts. Here, director Pat Myne’s goal is to show ass-widening gapes to the extreme and fill them to overflowing capacity with fingers, dicks and anything else available to make the actions stand out. He succeeds.
