Why don't the good people of porn production use an equal amount of craft and skill on specialty videos as on their features? All too often, it seems that fans of specific fetishes get the raw deal, as the makers seem to assume that fans will consume anything, no matter how amateur. So it's left to the talent to make sure these scenes appease.

Such is the case with the fourth installment of Fantastic 40's. It's lackluster in production, but saved by the volcanic orgasms of Mia.
