Despite the explicit promises of the title, Hustler's Extreme Teen Anal features no teenagers and nothing particularly extreme. Even the "anal" part of the equation comprises a rather small percentage of the action. This bland collection of perfunctory fucks might get the job done for viewers without a lot of video-watching experience, but will sorely disappoint any wankers who take its marketing approach at its word.

Five one-on-one scenes are populated with women in their 20s, with at least one of them pushing 30.
