After a quick intro with the camera checking out Kourtney Dash in her police uniform, we see her deposit Michael Jackman into a cell as he protests his innocence. When he bends over to pick up her dropped nightstick, he's intrigued, and when he strips down to a red jockstrap and pushes his butt toward the bars with a provocative, "Are you going to punish me, officer?" she's intrigued too. After some teasing with the nightstick (sometimes a nightstick is just a nightstick—not this time), Dash raises her skirt and drives her own nightstick into Jackman, using the red jock to pull him closer. At scene's end, when she tells Jackman it's his lucky day, he's been bailed out, he responds, "It's already my lucky day."

Eros Orisha and Leilani Li compete at a video game when Li's boyfriend intrudes, wanting to watch "the big game." Li objects, "This is a girls' night!" and Orisha snarls, "I did not come here to watch a game." As he watches the game, they head to the kitchen to play some games of their own, even hooking up behind the couch as he obliviously watches his game.

Dash is back in "The Oral Office," discomforted by an ink spill on her blouse and pants, but when she asks aide Trevor Brooks to block the view as she's changing and he opens his pants and starts stroking—a public servant's gotta do what a public servant's gotta do, amirite?

Li is back in the last scene, at a tattoo parlor where artist James Blow tries to poach her from the female artist she made an appointment with ("I would have done you for free"), but when the female artist has to do a quick repair on her ink gun, Blow is right there to do her for free.

Ebony Goddesses 4 is a throwback to the Boogie Nights era when scenes were shot quick-and-dirty on videotape under harsh light with a smart-ass attitude, minimum production value and maximum sex. Everything old is new again.
