Five separate scenes make up this DVD, which is geared more toward romance than hardcore fucking. Each vignette depicts a couple in a lush setting (in front of a roaring fire, in a pool with a waterfall feature) who make love more than they really have sex. There’s no real dialogue other than voiceovers to introduce each segment, and romantic music plays throughout the scenes, instead of the usual grunting and moaning heard in adult flicks.

Part of Wicked’s Passions series, Drenched in Love is most definitely an attempt to reach out to women and couples. There’s much more of a focus on foreplay, and some of the scenes take a more artistic approach in the look (the vignette with Anthony Rosano and Britney Amber is partially shown in sepia tones, while a scene with Barrett Blade and Briana Blair is in black-and-white and plays with color quite a bit).

Wicked has always offered up more romantic fare than many other studios, but the Passions series will be even easier to market to women.
