The adult reviewer's prayer begins, "Dear Lord, deliver me from diary-themed videos ..." and brother we sure could use some divine interference right about now. While Diary's scenarios are on par with most, but our real concern is Diary's absence of chemistry. When five scenes all play with startling interchangeability, we take notice. They're not bad, as in "these people must hate having sex on camera," they're just blah.

At least with the former there might be something reasonably interesting to talk about (i.e. just why do they hate fucking?). Here, everyone treats the act as if they're grueling weekend chores – they've gotta get done, period.
