Karin Dior's a "nurse" in some sort of sex clinic which, among other things, houses two other TV's (Chloe and Sasha), whom Karin catches in mid-pillow fight and must discipline.

No, there's no bondage here, lust a lot of simulated gay sex. A couple arrives (Nicholas Foxe and Tyra) seeking help with their sex life, and while the doctor (Tony Belmonte) plays with Tyra, Karin escorts Nicholas into a bedroom to begin his "therapy". The "finale" has Karin playing "doctor" with Belmonte in a scene which sports some simulated fucking.
