Released the same week as The DaVinci Code, Private's slickly photographed parody tells a similar story but without the religious controversy.

The Priory, a secret association descended from the Knights Templar, has a lost treasure, its clues encoded in Da Vinci's work. Decoders George Uhl and Claudia Rossi are brought in to find it, and good guys and crooks collide.

The incomprehensible plot is not helped by the impenetrable accents of the most of the cast, only some of whom are dubbed. As in the film it parodies, there are lots of talky sequences explaining things.

Some top Euro cooze – Rossi, Liliane Tiger, Eurasian Libellule – brighten things up. A masked orgy in a mansion is the sexual high point, with lots of extras and four couples fucking simultaneously – anals and d.p.s galore.
