Fans of this popular series learn that in spite of macho dude Akuji Gumi and his buddy Satsu's best efforts, Osaka is still ruled by women - and not the very nicest women, either. In fact, the evil Professor Isabella is still determined to make men completely obsolete and has begun experimenting on young women's reproductive organs so that they'll never need a man for copulation or reproduction again. Not all of the women are real keen on the idea of sprouting cocks or feeling incapable of resisting the cocks of their female friends, however.

There's a lot of plot and dialogue here, but the weirdly depraved sex breaks it up nicely.
