There are plot complications, such as when a gangster's wife figures out he's making it with Helen and decides to get her revenge; and then there's the penultimate orgy at the head gangster's villa that includes lots of anal, a double vaginal and a regular d.p. In fact, there's plenty of anal in every scene... even the finale, which seems to have no relation to the rest of the feature, but hey, we didn't mind.
