Talk about trying to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear.  Cumback Pussy 16 might have fared better had it been marked as a big-tit fetish vid, as nearly every scene features at least one girl with a positively ridiculous boob job.  The DVD is actually very good, with only minor pixelation in the contrast areas to mar the transfer.  Unfortunately, the high-definition audio only serves to illustrate how poor the original audio was, rendering much of the director's off-camera dialogue unintelligible.

The B-side features a nice slate of extras, including some of the first authentic performer interviews ever to grace an adult DVD, extra scenes featuring the interviewees, and a no-B.S. Q&A session with Elegant Angel owner Patrick Collins.  Unfortunately, this section is disappointingly brief, and can only be watched in chunks relating to specific questions, rather than viewed straight through.
