The shtick behind Creampie Surprise is that after the internal money shot, the girl acts surprised and then repulsed by having been on the receiving end of an internal shot.

The video quality is okay, but the picture does tend to seem flat, giving some of the scenes an amateurish feel. One girl that might spark some interest is Xana Star. Her natural sultry looks make good video. And young'un Allison Pierce will go over well with fans of new girls.
