Of the two volumes reviewed here, Memorial Day '99 is by far the hotter. Wet T-Shirt is long on tease and very short on actual bare flesh or down-and-dirty decadence - this despite the fact that the girls doing the soggy-T bump-and-grind are all undeniably cute.

These tapes pack the appeal of the real: seeing non-pro girls get down and dirty is an undisputable thrill.
