Four leisurely POVignettes, with a French twist.

Alexis Crystal welcomes a new roommate to her luxurious multi-room flat, showing the POV camera around as the faceless new roomie (Alex Romero, it says in the credits) reacts in a Cockney accent. She lays out the main rule of the house: No outsiders. "If you have a girlfriend, you go to her place. Same for us." As she makes coffee, the roommate/camera checks her out and she catches him, responding with a sly smile before introducing him to the third roommate, Jadilica. A week later, the roomie reflects to a bud, "It's hard to decide who is sexier. I have to force myself to pretend that nothing is happening." When Crystal asks him if everything is okay, he says it is, leading her to ask, "Are you gay? We've been hitting on you, and—zero!" which leads to a welcome-to-the-apartment blowjob and fuck, all in POV, natch. That night, Jadilica walks in on him as he's watching TV... and welcomes him as well. The next morning he's confronted by both the roomies—"Did you fuck her?"—but when he admits it, Crystal says, "We share everything. Today, we will share you."

Real estate agent Kristof Cale (if you say so, M. Dorcel) welcomes businesswomen Angelika Grays and Amalia Davis to a hillside villa/location house they want to lease to serve as showroom/office for their swimwear brand, as well as a weekend getaway. The villa's selling price is firm, but Cale is willing to negotiate his commission. A three-way with a double blowjob facial finish can be very persuasive.

In the next scene, real estate agent Cale (?) meets Luna Thrurmann for a walk-through of a new flat. The casual pace may frustrate thrillseekers, but there's nothing wrong with the casual sex. Good for couples because there's no infidelity, just attractive people doing what comes naturally.
