It's always tricky shooting group sex. You need to have just the right balance of individualized attention mixed against the orgy backdrop. Twisted Tommy does okay with this Cluster Bang sequel. His talent is hot, and there's plenty of "face time" with each orgy. Maybe the players don't switch off as much as you'd like, but the sex is pretty orchestrated. If there's any fault, it's not with the direction, but the editing. New people often just kind of appear out of nowhere, and everyone just kind of blends together. Still, there's anal and at least one d.p. in every scene; it'll get the job done well.
