Remember all those '50s sci-fi movies about technology run amok? That concept is never as evident than in Chrono Sex, where the makers are so in love with digital possibilities that they seem to have forgotten the audience's needs. Virtually every scene (including poorly dubbed dialogue) in this European clusterfuck is captured by four freakin' angles - all of which fight for screen room like pornographic puzzle pieces of a kinky comic book.

Sadly, the encounters consist of well-shot but highly generic action. Even more angles are offered as a bonus feature. As the coup de grace, a chronometer wedged between the paneled borders issues a monotonous countdown. (We dare anyone to sit through the orgy finale without getting a migraine.)

It took several viewings just to discern the action objectively. Frankly, it wasn't worth our time - as the clock kept reminding us.
