For a John Stagliano vid, Buttman's Intimate Exposure feels a bit rote in spots. Of course, rote Stagliano is still leaps and bounds superior to just about everything else out there, even if this Euro-shot tape contains just three scenes.
The most inspired by far is the opener, in which Laura Black gets fiercely fucked, analyzed and d.p.'d but good by a triumvirate of woodsmen. But for some inexplicable reason, Stagliano then stops the action cold for a minute or so before resuming for a trio of pop shots that flood her asshole. Talk about your coitus interruptus.
The last two scenes -- a two-girl/one-guy and a two-guy/one-girl -- also certainly have their share of raunchy moments, anal and otherwise, but nonetheless they have a been-there-done-that feel to them at times. The latter scene, however, features a perfectly coordinated d.p. in which Stagliano captures both rods thrusting in and out in tandem.
As for the box hype -- "Buttman goes to the next level of physical and emotional intimacy" -- well, we're not quite sure what that's referring to. On the plus side, though, Stagliano's trademark off-camera nerd-boy mutterings -- i.e. "Jesus Christ. Will you look at that ass. Oh my God" etc. -- are as charmingly bemused as ever.
