Shot during the spring-break festivities in some East Coastal community, this gonzo travelogue contains endless scenes of surly-looking young black people cruising up and down a beach in upper-end automobiles, and full-figured black chicks shaking their ample haunches.  Their bootays wiggle and tussle like two brown Shar-Peis locked in mortal combat.

Oh, and there's some utterly forgettable sex.
