I'll spare you an excess of bowling puns, because that style of writing just isn't up my alley. Let's just say that the good folks at Zane look to have a winning series on their hands with the initial entry, Bimbo Bowlers From Buffalo, an entertaining feature that scores more strikes than 7-10 splits.

Female keglers Victoria Paris, Keisha, and Fifi LeFeux are the Buffalo gals who come out (in more ways than one) to San Francisco for a championship match and wind up practicing a lot more than bowling in the alley.  Keisha's encounter with would-be opponent Faith Turner gets things going, and also gets pinsetter Mike Horner and barmaid Chantelle, a delightful new talent, going in the next room. As sportscaster Randy West says, "these gals really know what to do with big balls in their hands." Director Jim Enright keeps things moving at a brisk pace, at one point taking the viewer through a pool room tryst between Paris and bartender Buck Adams, West and Chantelle's hotel scene, and a threesome amongst the pins with Horner, Keisha and teammate LeFeux (do they bowl in France?) simultaneously.

Production values here are high (heck, the actual alley used has to be one of the largest sets in adult film history) and make up for a somewhat haphazard script. The actresses as well as the actors were apparently "up" for this film, and yes, sports fans, the gals do their own bowling (and not too badly sometimes). While I can't honestly say Bimbo Bowlers From Buffalo rolls a 300, it's definitely a ballsy romp that puts adult video (literally) back in the gutter. Cute packaging features Paris.
