Big Fat Cream Pie 4 is sort of a misnomer. You’d think, by looking at the title, that this was a cream pie title, but the ‘cream pie’ it refers to is down to the presence of a can of whipped cream, which makes an appearance in every scene. Important to note.

And, sadly, there’s not a whole lot that shines in this title. It’s not that there’s anything cataclysmically bad about it, it’s just that it doesn’t do much to generate much heat.

The only possible exception is the scene featuring Karla Lane, who has a smile that really charms, and looks pretty damn good getting fucked between her giant tits with a whipped cream-covered cock.

The rest though, you could take or leave. It’s average.
