As a sequel to "Bayba: 110 Blowjobs," Baldazinni traverses into a more commercial territory, eschewing the near-Xerox copy style of Bayba's debut for a more traditional (read: accessible) linear narrative.

The story, thin as it is, concerns the title-tranny's hijinx as a new adult video performer. Her dubious gigs – helmed by anthropomorphic, horny pig-men – are strictly Trans/B&D, for which Bayba is especially talented. In the fantasy cartoon world, trannies are always highly passable, rock-hard and prone to cum buckets every other panel.

Red Domina (so named because of her leather outfit) starts out as a bird-brained rival but winds up as Bayba's main squeeze – in every possible meaning. There's not more to it than that; though the dialogue is often funnier than expected. Sort of a "Little Orphan Tranny" in disguise.
