Bare Essentials unlike its companion piece, Naked Dolls, tends to glamorize fashion accessories more than concern itself with the raw, nitty gritty. Which doesn't make it a bad tape, just not the fully realized nude-worship onslaught that Naked Dolls is.
Felecia and her blonde companion prose in bikinis astride a lavishingly customized motorcycle -- the prop du jour of glamour vids in this day and age.
Taylor Hayes, whom I've dubbed "the rubber dress girl," prances about in a corselet of latex that embellishes a set of legs capable of stopping traffic in downtown Rome.
Rebecca Lord and a companion appear in a visually arresting stint in which they're dressed in black from stem to stern. Two women in leather cycle attire star in a unique bondage/breast restraint scenario set on an industrial elevator; and, most arresting of all, is a vignette set in a dressing stall in which a trio of ladies try on lingerie with colors that would make a Batman movie wince.
The camera style evidenced throughout in the Night Vision series continues to maintain that valleitic, daydream quality exemplified most of all by a viscerally stunning sequence set in an alleyway in which a woman dons lingerie and pleasures herself.
As an artform and a glamour showcase, these tapes have an unassailable visual texture that will command repeat viewership.
