This well-crafted Spanish import features a multicultural cast (Czech, Philippine, Slovakian, Thai, etc.) in a darkly melodramatic tale of an illustrator for erotic novels (Jessica Fiorentino) caught in a personal and professional "writer's block," which can only be alleviated by passion.

Pressured like an AVN reviewer working on a last-minute deadline, Fiorentino manages to deliver the goods thanks to an active sexual imagination. Her themes tend to flirt with fetish (Hentai, Spiderwoman), and multi-partner and anal are recurring events. Her boss, played by bitchy Silvia Lancome, meshes equally well played against, and with, Fiorentino's mind and libido.
