In a futuristic dystopia (resembling the Third Reich), a never ending world-wide war is still being fought with conventional weapons, but the bad guys have a trick up their sleeve. Having tapped into the mystical properties of the Chabala (what irony; it sounds just like Kabbalah!) a new, unholy weapon of mass destruction is about to be unleashed: Angelcore.

Or something like that. As with many Japaninimation titles, much is lost in translation. [We think] Angelcore might be a play on words (i.e. Angel Corps) because this powerful psychic force appears to be gestating inside the souls of beautiful young girls. And we do mean young. Again, we speculate that sexual activity nurtures this force, which explains why said very young girls continually engage in nasty orgies with Nazi-like thugs. For a 30 minute serial, this is all the information we could glean.

The art is appropriately stylized, and the animation pretty standard for the genre, but whether or not Angelcore will raise boners is simply beyond our realm of expertise.
