Odd exploration of underground sex club scene is refreshing after so many dull hip-hop verite-exposes. Released by a company that seems more inclined to release Indie-reggae albums (dig the advertisements!), this is none-the-less a revisionist amateur release. In case you missed the boat on what "pum pum" consists of, listen to the lyrics of the blazin' hip hop/R B soundtrack. Now, what does go on behind the doors of the VIP rooms?
Everything, pretty much as hoochies for hire have hommies by the score bag it up. Nice to see safe sex practiced in such risqué situations. If you're looking for stroke-value, it pops up as you realize none of this is staged. The docu-elements are just a bonus for the ethnographers. The posturing and In Ya Face shout outs get old quick, but the vibe of inebriation is accurately portrayed. There's girl/girl aplenty and so much scully (blowjobs), you'll want to brush your teeth. Word!
