Still sporting a 'fro that looks like a huge piece of lint - and with a personality to match - Joe hasn't changed his one-man band tactics since ... well, judging by the haircut and room décor, the mid '70s. His "work" lacks retro appeal but it certainly packs an atmosphere of geeky desperation.
