In the not-too-distant future, the future is now, and Action Girls are the guerilla saviors of womankind. As such, they exercise and shoot guns all day – naked! Such is the super-premise of this super-nerd's wettest wet dream.

The "story" hasn't any contrived dialogue, and original music pairs with exploding powder as the only audio necessary. Sweaty, oily warriors (scantily-clad in scantier clothes), do pushups and jump rope before stripping nude and picking up their blasters. They shoot aimlessly, improperly, and comically about the ruins of civilization. When the man-threat comes, the bitches are ready – like Charles Bronson – to shoot first and ask questions never!
