Nutjob Gina Lynn thinks she is "the fairy of love" and as such, she gets to wear a ton of Spice Girl-esque eye shadow, frosted lipstick and fake wings. She sprinkles people with glitter and thereby inspires them. This is illustrated in the first scene as Lynn watches Lee Stone get Kimi Lixx off multiple times.

According to brother Randy Spears and doctor Alex Foxe, Lynn walks around pretending to be a fairy as a reaction to a bad boyfriend and her parents' divorce. Possibly as a result of Lynn being in the nuthouse, lustful acts spring up everywhere. Nurses Lixx and Summers give in to their lesbian desires in a very good scene with each other and eventually, Lynn gets her prince, who turns out to be fellow mental patient Steven St. Croix. Lynn looks great riding him in reverse cowgirl.
