The idea of a horny female foreign exchange student studying human sexuality and going to France to wreck a family is great fodder for a sex feature. But in Exchange Student, it derails in a poorly written and blandly executed screenplay, redeemed mostly by a scalding sex scene with Manuel Ferrara and Chayse Evans.
Chayse travels to France (well, there’s a photo of the Eifel Tower during the credits) and has an immediate connection to David Perry, who met his wife (Elexis Monroe) when she was an exchange student. Lo and behold it’s Perry’s friend Manuel Ferrara who nails the apprentice. Elexis is so focused on the youngster that she doesn’t know Perry is having an affair with her friend Dia Zerva. And Perry’s daughter from his first marriage, Nicole Ray, doesn’t like Chayse but dissolves into the hands of boyfriend Marco Banderas, evolving into a decent sex scene.
Nica Noelle is a skilled director as proven by her superior body of work for Sweetheart Video and other Sweet Sinner releases. We anxiously await her next production.
