Tranny fans are treated, once again, to some so-called extreme transsexual action with Extreme Tgirl 4. What's so extreme, you ask? Let's dig in.

On the good side, the she-males in this title are a little better looking than most, but, on the bad side, there's some shoddy production (low light, bad sound) that makes it hard to appreciate what's happening onscreen.

The best scene would have to be the first, featuring a young, blonde tranny with nice tits and a decent-size toy between her legs. She looks equally good playing with herself as she does bent over with a cock in her ass.

The rest, though, is not nearly as good, and the overall effect of the title isn't nearly as extreme as it is average. Extremely so.
