Covered in a familiar array of purple, gold and green baubles and beads, a slew of young girls get drunk and then inevitably naked in wet t-shirt contests and hotel rooms across the country.

The camera only encourages the inebriated as they flash their boobs from atop the French Quarter's terraces and occasionally engage in a little girl-on-girl nipple licking. American's bars, or more appropriately, the tops of the bars are their stage as they dance the nights away hoping to either get more face time on camera or collect more colorful trinkets. One fun scene sees two busty bartenders have their breasts airbrushed with faux corsets.

Retailing: The guy who gets off on public nudity will appreciate this release.
