Playing With Ice La Fox is a very standard take on the interactive genre. Basically, Ice keeps her eyes trained on the camera while she teases and performs solo for the first half, then she continues focusing on the lens while John West pumps her in a quartet of positions.

The disc is divided into three segments. The foreplay and sex segments each have floating menus that allow viewers to jump instantly to different sex acts. The third section is an interview with Ice.
