Vena Virago’s art project meets porn is an ambitious feminist sex flick that falls short by poising as art with sex, rather than an erotic art form. Visually, there’s some great graphics and the editing is superb. The allegorical discussion regarding sexuality that takes place between the lines seems heavy handed.

The sex, while good, has been overly contextualized with too many ideas. It struck me as an explanatory piece on why some women have difficulty having orgasms, though I doubt this was the director’s intent.
Not for the mainstream porn consumer but there’s likely some bisexual female artists that will find it inspiring.
