Loren Chance interviews fetish vixen Julie Simone about the history and art of bondage. While chatting, Julie ties up Loren with an array of tightly and neatly arranged knots. Julie is then hog tied on a bed while wearing a genie outfit. During another interview, Julie impressively and completely ties herself to a bench. Cut to the bedroom, where the women are topless and Julie again ties up Loren. The exhibition closes with Loren tying up Julie, who squirms free with her shirt wide open.

One of the most interesting aspects of this DVD is seeing the actual rope work and tying being performed. A lot of the knot intricacies are not seen in typical bondage DVDs. Julie is able to tie up a person, or herself, quickly while still making each knot and length of rope look like artwork. To properly hear the question and answers, viewers will have to turn up the television's volume rather high, as the sound is weak.
