Sometimes, it's good to be ambitious. After all, some of the greatest artistic accomplishments of all time came because the artist stepped out of the box and did something new and inventive. Capital Punishment the Sequel certainly tries that here.
The problem is, when you try something like that and it fails, it's just not any good. There is a slew of production trouble here. Visuals too busy, sound mixed poorly, and it gets in the way of what might otherwise be good sex.
Sure, Kelly Wells is in it, and she's great in everything she does, but it can't elevate this poor effort much. Credit the effort, though.
